We bought this house in Houston, in the Beltway 8 and Southwest Freeway area. It needs some work... foundation repair, some other structural work and then a complete update. The seller lives in Dallas and didn't want to hassle with fixing up a house from a distance. So we paid cash for the house and now we are in the middle of the rehab.
