We purchased this house in the Pinehurst of Atascocita subdivision in Humble. The owner originally purchased it as a foreclosure with the hopes of repairing it and selling it for a profit. Unfortunately, "life happens" and she got into a financial bind before she even began the repairs. So, she decided to sell the house in as-is condition and be done with it.It's a nice house on a golf course, but a big house (over 2,700 sq. ft.) and it needed a lot of work. Big houses are expensive to repair, easily costing $15-20/square foot or more for a full rehab. As you can see from the picture, the house has an odd elevation and lacks a little "curb appeal." So the owner decided against listing the property with a realtor and risk incurring ongoing holding costs (insurance, taxes, utilities, etc.) while waiting for a buyer.
So she called us at 713-PAY-CASH and we bought her house in as-is condition and closed fast. We are proud, A+ rated members of the Houston Better Business Bureau and she liked that too!
